We view every new student's application for admission as an opportunity for the school to expand our collective personality and enrich our capacity to share and promote passion, creativeness, and dreams. Students wishing to enroll at CPSH must first        complete the easy application form which may be downloaded from our site. You may also visit our school to collect all the necessary documents for your application. With just a click of a button, and a much convenient use of time, these documents can be e-mailed or faxed to you by request.

To be considered for admission, first-time students and transfer applicants must fulfill the following culinary school admissions requirements:

• Certified copy of ID document or passport
• Certified copy of Student study Visa (international students only)
• Certified copy of highest qualification completed
• Submit a complete application form.
• Include the non-refundable application fee of R250.00 when submitting the application.
• Hospitality Orientation and good personality
• Able to read and write in English
• Must have a passion for food and cooking
• Must be at a minimum age of 16 years and older
• The student must be motivated towards a future at a supervisory level in the international hospitality industry

Fee Structure

We understand how important education is for the future of every individual. We also understand how everyone needs to get the best education in order to launch a successful career and to live a comfortable life. At CPSH we offer our students relevant education to the industry at the most affordable prices.
We have a number of programs which we offer at prices that won’t cause a dent to your pocket.

For people who are starting out in the industry, it is always wise to start your study with a certificate program. The certificate has duration of 8 months and 6 months practical. This means that the certificate program as a whole has a duration of 1 year 2 months. The tuition fee payable to CPSH for the certificate amounts to R30 000, 00 per annum.


We also offer a more advanced course which is an extension of the certificate program, the Diploma. Our diploma takes 2 years to complete plus six months of practical training.
Even though it is advised to start with a certificate, the diploma is more advanced and it will help open up more doors within the culinary industry. The diploma graduate fees are R65 000, 00 per annum.

The registration fee for:

• Certificate is R 3250.00 and covers 10% of the total school fee
• Diploma is R 3250.00 5% and covers of the total school fee

• 2 Year Registration with Culinary Arts association of South Africa (CAASA)
• All raw Materials for Practical Cookery

• A pair of  black Safety Shoes
• CPSH School Winter Jacket(compulsory)
